Telemarketing Executive
  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell the company’s products and services.
  • Qualify leads by gauging customer interest and assessing the suitability of products for their needs.
  • Effectively present product benefits, focusing on how they meet customer requirements to encourage sales.
  • Handle objections confidently, addressing customer concerns to increase interest and likelihood of a sale.
  • Build positive customer relationships through engaging interactions, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
  • Record call details and outcomes accurately in the designated system, including follow-up actions and feedback.
  • Follow up on leads to maintain customer engagement and maximize conversion rates.
  • Meet established call and sales targets, contributing to team and company goals.

Customer Service Executive
  • To respond to queries from customers, products and services (including feedback, appointment queries and complaints according to the standard operating procedures.

  • To support via voice (calls), or non-voice (chat, email, whatsapp, social media)
